- CONTEST PERIOD: The IZZE Makes Your Moment Sparkle Wedding Events Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on October 26, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT April 30, 2011 (the “Contest Period”). There are six (6) separate entry periods as defined in the chart below (“Entry Periods”). The Entry Periods start at 12:01 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on the below dates.

- ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Action Marketing Group (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Contest materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
- HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: To enter the Contest, visit www.izze.com/weddings (“Contest Website”) during an Entry Period, complete the online registration form and submit a link to a YouTube video in which you describe your best unique idea of how IZZE products can be incorporated into a wedding themed event in a creative way. Completion of the registration form and submission of a video link constitutes an “Entry”. Non-winning Entries will be carried forward to subsequent Entry Periods. You must include the hashtag #IZZEweddings in the video description in order to be eligible. Video must be in one of the following formats: QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI or .MPG files and may be no larger than 2GB and no longer than 4 minutes in length. All dialogue depicted in video must be in English. If anyone else appears in the video with you, Sponsor reserves the right to request a Release of Liability be signed by such persons (or in the event such person is a minor, form must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian). Entries will be screened by Administrator. The Entry must be originally created by the entrant but another person who is not a professional videographer or photographer may do the actual videotaping. In the event another person besides entrant does the videotaping, he/she must assign ownership of video to Sponsor. The Entry must be uploaded in accordance with the specifications set forth at the Contest Website. Any Entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion, will be disqualified. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion, obscene; profane; lewd; defamatory; discriminates against or is disrespectful of any person or group of people; contains any third-party materials (other than IZZE Beverage or PepsiCo materials); or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright (including music recordings), trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand other than IZZE or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity; appears to have resulted in any injury or bodily harm; or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and will disqualify the entrant. Clothing worn in the Entry and items appearing in the video should not contain any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks or other third-party materials other than IZZE. Entry shall not contain any music or performance that has been broadcast or streamed on-line, published or televised on television or as part of a recording of a motion picture film or television program. Entry must not include any representation of celebrities, athletes, musicians, or any other public figure, include any anti-social, political or religious groups, any commercial solicitation or promotional materials or address, phone number, or URL address. Any Entry not in compliance with the above or that does not meet the Contest Website’s requirements will be disqualified. All Entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Entry Period, but if your Entry is not accepted you may re-enter within the same Entry Period. Entries submitted in subsequent Entry Periods must be different than your previously submitted Entry.
- JUDGING: All Entries will be judged by a panel of judges under supervision of the Administrator, on or about the dates set forth in the chart above, based on the following judging criteria:
- Creativity of the idea submitted (50%);
- Feasibility of executing the idea (30%);
- Sharability (20%);
The Entry with the highest score per Entry Period will be deemed a potential winner. In the event of a tie, tied Entries will be judged based solely on Creativity of the idea submitted, to determine the applicable Entry Period’s winner. Decisions of Administrator are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone and will be required to respond within seven (7) days. Potential winners must sign and return, via mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity release (except where prohibited by law) and assignment of rights within ten (10) days of notification attempt and delivery of documents. Failure to comply with this condition or the return of prize documents as undeliverable, will result in forfeiture of prize, without compensation.
- PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): Six (6) Grand Prizes (one per Entry Period): Each Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity for IZZE beverages to help bring the winner’s unique idea to life by providing funding, materials and experts as appropriate, up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). The maximum ARV for each Grand Prize is $5,000. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winners. Prize will be arranged by Sponsor and all details are in its sole discretion. Sponsor may videotape or photograph Grand Prize opportunity to use for future promotional purposes. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure; and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize/prize component of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winners will be fulfilled. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use Grand Prize winners’ names, likenesses and Entries for promotional and advertising purposes, in any and all media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- GENERAL RULES: All prizes are available to be won. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. Administrator’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the name appearing on the entry form will be deemed to be the participant. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any human error which may occur in the Contest. If, in the Administrator’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify suspect entries or modify the Contest in a manner deemed reasonable by the Administrator, at the Administrator’s sole discretion. In such event, winners will be determined from eligible Entries received prior to such determination, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by the Administrator. In the event that an entrant’s account with YouTube is suspended or deleted for any reason, the Entry will be disqualified and Contest Indemnitees (as defined below) shall have no liability or responsibility in connection with the Entry submitted. All entrants must keep the original video file of their Entry and provide the original file at Sponsor’s request. In addition, the Contest Indemnitees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Contest or the awarding of prizes. Grand Prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Contest or use or redemption of prize.
- RELEASE: By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby grants the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, designees and legal representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide digital license and other rights to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Entry (as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor in its discretion) or Grand Prize for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes (including posting on any websites) without additional compensation or right of approval. Entrant represents and warrants that: (i) the Entry does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, moral right, trademark or any other third-party right or violate any applicable law or regulation; and (ii) entrant has the right to grant any and all necessary rights and licenses provided herein, including without limitation, all necessary copyright, trademark and other related rights to the Entry, free and clear of all claims and encumbrances without violating the rights of any person or entity, including any right to privacy or publicity. Entrant hereby releases Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees co-branders or other partners, and any of its employees (collectively, the “Contest Indemnitees“), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Contest Indemnitees due to or arising out of entrant’s participation in the Contest, or use of entrant’s name, likeness, voice, Entry, Grand Prize footage, or any other rights granted to Sponsor, including any claims for including but not limited to trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation. Entrant further agrees to release and indemnify and hold harmless Contest Indemnitees from any and all claims that any commercial, advertising, presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented, or prepared by or on behalf of Contest Indemnitees infringes on entrant’s rights as contained in the Entry submission. Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest. In the event winner does not adhere to the Official Rules, his/her Entry will be disqualified, in Administrator’s sole discretion.
